We enjoy the custom home building aspect of our business.  We can provide competitive bids from the construction blue prints or from a walk through while the home is under construction.  We have a handful of builders we complete projects for ranging from 6 Million dollar homes to the $1500 restaurant remodel.  We are always looking for the  builder that needs our services.  We go the extra mile to complete your project on time and on budget.

Builder Services

3333 E. Kentucky sold for 5 Million.  We had no items on the punch list from the new home owners to complete.  We completed this project in stages so the carpenters could stay ahead of us and the other trades could work after we finished a section of the home.  We completed the last of our production painting 7 days after the carpenters  finished installing the interior trim.  Usually a 12,000 square foot home would keep the paint company busy for 6-7 weeks.
