The scope of painting for commercial properties is much more broad than that found in the residential field.  Knowledge of varied substrates and exotic coatings is necessary to produce the desired results.  On both of these projects we had no punch list from the builder or the owners of the properties.  We were on schedule with all the painting tasks.  We received our final payments and have had no warranty work to complete.

That says a lot about the attention to detail we use on each job we start.  These 2 projects also demonstrate that we can operate flexibly and efficiently on large, complicated projects.
