One of the property managers we have worked for over the past 10 years manages 450 plus homes.  We  do quite a bit of the painting for the owners of the properties they manage.

This project has a 7 year warranty on the labor and materials. My normal warranty is 4 years, but in this case the paint manufacturer, Kwal Paint, gave the board a written warranty for 7 years.  The Kwal representative inspected each phase of the work we completed and the Three Fountains management team inspected each building as we completed it.  In the 7 years warranty period we have had no warranty problems and no calls for us to fix any paint problems.  This project included painting for over 28 buildings. 

The management team saved the board and the homeowners a lot of money by contracting with us to complete the painting.  Normally the property managers and Associations of projects like this expect to repaint every 4 to 5 years.  After 7 years the buildings still look great.  I expect the paint job to last at least 10-12 years.  The total cost for this project was over $100,000.   (We were not the high bid.)  If our paint job allows the Association to repaint every 10-12 years instead of every 4 to 5 years, we will have helped them save  $100,000 to $200,000.
